    We have added more template options, but PoliteMail must conform to the limitations of Outlook in order to make the email mobile-responsive.
  5. Do column settings save, or do you have to adjust each time?

    Column settings save. For example, if you choose to display the Image Size column, this column will appear every time you open the images data grid.
  6. Are there any gaps in the new metrics features when looking at older emails?

    Older metrics reports will migrate to 5.0 with no issue; there should be no gaps in reporting or features.
