Flight School is the learning platform provided by PoliteMail. It walks you through a series of simple courses, at your own pace and on your own time, and once you're finished you should have a good working knowledge of how PoliteMail works and how to use it.
Once PoliteMail has been configured and is working in your work environment, you will receive an invitation from the Training team at PoliteMail to join Flight School. We recommend going through the self-paced courses there before attending the live workshops hosted by PoliteMail, so you will already have a basic knowledge and be ready with questions.
Logging Into Flight School
Your email invitation will provide the link and password - don't lose it! The link to Flight School is https://politemail-flight-school.academyocean.com/, but access is restricted to PoliteMail customers only.
What if I Forget my Password?
It happens to the best of us! At login, you will see a small bit of text that says 'Forgot Password'. Click on it, and you will be asked to enter your email address. Once entered, if your email address is in the system, a reset link will be sent to it. Note that this email will be sent from noreply@academyocean.net; if you do not see it, check your spam folder.
