The best way to suppress all replies to a message is to send from a nonexistent email address, such as do-not-reply@yourcompany.com.
- You will need to add this email address to the From Management window (if you're using an older version of PoliteMail, you'll need to be given From permissions by your administrator).
- Finally, be sure to select 'Suppress Auto-Replies' before sending the measured message, and you should be all set.
- Suppress Auto Replies is not currently available in PoliteMail for M365.
