PoliteMail Academy
PoliteMail Academy (PMA) is the central training platform for PoliteMail, where users can go to take both self-paced online well as register for live Instructor-Led courses. It's online, available at any time, and works on any device!
Enrollment
Users can be added via any of three ways:
- Once Verification is complete and Training is notified by the implementation team, the primary customer contact is sent an email outlining the training process, and inviting them to provide the names and email addresses of their users to be signed up for PMA.
- The Account Manager can use the Training Request form to provide the names and email addresses of people to enroll. This form is for internal use only!
- End users can also go to the PMA page (https://learn.training.politemail.com) and sign up on their own. While this works fine, the other methods are preferred for tracking and reporting purposes.
