PoliteMail is available in three different editions, or interfaces:

This is the original interface of PoliteMail, and is available only if you are using the desktop installation of Outlook for Windows.

| PoliteMail for M365 | This interface of PoliteMail is an addon for the 'new' Outlook, also referred to as Outlook for M365 or Outlook.com. Unlike Outlook for the Desktop, it is an online application, even if it may look like a desktop application. | There is no 'POLITEMAIL' part of the Ribbon, but you see a PoliteMail button in the Add-ins section of the Message Ribbon when you create a new message. |
