Analytics Overview
Sometimes you may want a visual representation of metrics for a message without having to run a full metrics report. Mini-reports allow you to do just that!
Viewing an Analytics Overview
Analytics Overviews will appear under Messages, accessed by selecting “Expand Messages Overview”, which reveals charts for Read Engagement, Open Attention, Open Click, and Skim Rate.
- Select your desired chart type from line, line & bar, or line & column.
- Select your desired date range from the drop-down.
- The buttons in the upper right will close or maximize the mini-report, respectively.
Notes
- With a line chart, you can click on any items in the legend to toggle its visibility.
- For line & bar or line & column charts, two vertical scales can display on either side of the graph, with the left showing percentage and the right showing a count.
- The vertical scales are dynamic based on the highest data value to avoid overcrowding.
- Analytics Overviews do not support comparison metrics; you’ll need to run a full Metrics report instead.
- Analytics Overviews will not automatically refresh when you select another message from the list. To refresh the chart, you can select a different date range from the drop-down. If desired, you can always then select the prior date range to view the new data.
