Templates

Similar to PoliteMail, users can access their own Beefree Templates, as well as any that have been marked as Shared.  Managers have access to any Templates in their Business/Region, and Administrators can access all Templates.

Rows

All Saved Rows in Beefree are shared with all other users, regardless of the folder saved in (even 'My Saved Rows').  This is by design by Beefree; there is no option to make a Saved Row private or restricted to specific users, like you can with the PoliteMail Builder.
