Mobile devices have a very high pixel density (pixels per inch, or ppi), and this means that some images that might appear fine on a lower resolution desktop monitor appear fuzzy on a phone.
To address this, we recommend the source image you place into your message be double the image size in the message. For example, if you have a 620 pixel by 200 pixel image in a Template, the source image you place there should be 1240 x 400. This will retain the correct aspect ratio so the image will not look distorted, and it will still fit properly in the Template.
Note that unless using AI to add detail to the original image, simply resizing the image to twice the size will not work.
