If you've installed Commlytics but don't see it, click on the “meatball” button (…) on the left side of the Teams screen.
A small window will appear that displays all the additional apps you have installed, and you should see Commlytics in there.
For future ease of access, you can right-click the Commlytics icon and select 'Pin' to permanently place it along the left side of your screen. That way, you don't have to look for it in the meatball menu again.
