This function can be done by Admins only.
When a user answers a survey or poll question, they will be brought to a separate page to view the results. You can modify this page with your company's logo or any other image. This is an Admin-only function.
To change the logo on the Survey or Poll page:
Version 5: Go to PoliteMail > Account > Subscription
Version 4.9: PoliteMail > Settings > Subscriptions
- Select Opt-Out. In version 4.9, you will then click Modify.
- Click Browse to find your logo, and then Open.
- You will now see a thumbnail preview of your uploaded logo. To see what your logo will look like for users, select the box for Preview Opt-out Page.
- Click Save at the bottom of the page when you are satisfied with your logo.
Changing the survey page will not enable opt-out settings. Click here to see how to enable opt-out.
