Version: □ 4.94 □ 4.97 ■ 5.x
PoliteMail Online is available to any users on PoliteMail version 5 and up, and gives you many advantages over PoliteMail for the Outlook Desktop:
- It is accessible from any modern browser, without the need for an installation of Outlook, and will still be able to access your Outlook mailing lists and addresses.
- You will automatically be using the latest version of PoliteMail.
- You are not constrained by the limitations of what can be done with the old Microsoft interface and engine.
PoliteMail Online also offers some features that are not available on the desktop version, including the new PoliteMail Builder. However, because PoliteMail Online focuses on messages, things like Appointment Scheduling are not currently available.
Accessing PoliteMail Online
Go to https://yourhostname.yourhostserver.com.
- Your hostname is usually the name of your company as shown on your server name when you log into PoliteMail for the Outlook desktop. However, companies have the option of creating custom hostnames if desired.
- Host server by default is pmail, although companies with an on-premise installation may use a different server.
If you are unable to login, please contact your PoliteMail Administrator, or your company's IT department for a password reset.
