The Workflow Update
The PoliteMail 5.45 adds real-time Beefree editing, commenting, multi-language templates, and a new approval workflow for reviewing messages before sending! It also improves everyday usability to make template creation, review, localization, and send prep faster and easier.

New Features
- DESKTOP ONLINE PMUA M365 Users of PoliteMail can now send requests for others to review their Message before it goes out with the new Approval Workflow feature!
- DESKTOP ONLINE PMUA Metrics Reports now have an enhanced button to view all Messages, Preflights Hidden, or Preflights Only.
- ONLINE PMUA Regular File Attachments are now supported in PMO. While Smart Attachments are recommended, this option eliminates a feature that Desktop had that PMO did not.
- ONLINE PMUA Collaborative Editing is now available in Beefree, allowing multiple PoliteMail users to edit a message concurrently!
- ONLINE PMUA Commenting is now available in Beefree! This means you can leave comments about a Template for others to review, very useful if the two of you are not online at the same time and thus Collaborative Editing is not an option.
- ONLINE PMUA Quickly translate a Message to the language(s) of your recipients with Multi-Language Translation in Beefree, all in one send!
Improvements
Improvements- DESKTOP ONLINE PMUA A setting has been added in the Account section to quickly clear your Graph Token and reconnect with a new one.
- PMUA PMUA now has persistent states, so the last page you were on in PMUA will be the next page that loads when you return to it!
- PMUA Using Outlook on the Web with a Mac? Now you can connect to PMUA!

PoliteMail Builder/ Beefree Editor
- DESKTOP Fixed an issue where Recipients were not being saved even when the 'Save Recipients' setting is set to 'true'.
- ONLINE PMUA Fixed an issue where exporting a Message as a PDF rendered a page break in the middle of the Message.
- ONLINE PMUA Fixed an issue where Templates with an apostrophe in the name could not be searched for in the Beefree Editor.
- ONLINE PMUA Fixed an issue where the background color of a Template Section would not update.
Metrics & Reporting
- DESKTOP ONLINE PMUA Fixed an issue where deleting all Messages from a Campaign deleted the Metrics reports of the individual Messages as well.
- DESKTOP ONLINE PMUA Fixed an issue where adding the 'Sender' column to the Messages list was not working.
- ONLINE PMUA Fixed a issue where viewing Metrics on a Campaign report with a large volume of sends caused PoliteMail to freeze.
