This update to PoliteMail 5.45 adds a few new features in addition to other smaller updates and bugfixes.

DESKTOP ONLINE PMUA Metrics reports now have the ability to export the report as a PowerPoint file (.pptx).
ONLINE PMUA The Export PDF feature allows users to quickly download a message as a PDF, attach the generated PDF automatically, or insert it as a Smart Attachment, all from one button in the toolbar.
ONLINE PMUA An HTML Import button has been added in the PoliteMail Builder to more easily paste received HTML formatted content.
ONLINE PMUA Content defaults allow you to change the default look of Content items in Beefree when you drag the Content block to the message. This allows you to more easily align with your organization's brand standards without a Brand Theme.

DESKTOP ONLINE PMUA A 'Contain' and 'Does Not Contain' filter option has been added to the Subject column of the Messages list.
ONLINE PMUA A "Mine" and "Shared" option has been added at the top of Content lists in the PoliteMail Builder panel, in addition to "Recent" and "Alphabetic", to find your Content items more quickly.
ONLINE PMUA A "Clear Data and Sign Out" option has been added under the avatar in the upper right, providing a nice fast way to clear local app data, the browser cache, and cached Graph credentials all at once.
ONLINE PMUA The setting to set whether or not to embed all images in a message now applies to Beefree messages as well.

DESKTOP ONLINE PMUA M365 Fixed an issue where creating a Draft from another Draft caused only the original Draft to display.
DESKTOP ONLINE PMUA Fixed an issue where Opted Out contacts were not included in a Mailing List or Count following an Import.

DESKTOP ONLINE PMUA Fixed an issue where adding the 'Sender' column to the Messages list was not working.
DESKTOP ONLINE PMUA Heatmaps now display on Metrics reports for messages sent using Beefree.
ONLINE PMUA Fixed an issue where viewing Metrics on a Campaign report with a large volume of sends caused PoliteMail to freeze.
