Version 5.5 of PoliteMail brings, um, five significant new features as well as, er, five notable additional enhancements that originated from customer requests! This includes the ability to use Copilot to send a measured message or get metrics, automatic follow-up, the ability to save a post-send message to SharePoint, a new Text Wrap block for Beefree, and more!

New Features
- DESKTOP ONLINE PMUA Two independent AI capabilities have been made available in PoliteMail! AI Writing Assistance generates and revises text inside either the PoliteMail Builder or Beefree, and Paige, the PoliteMail Agent creates, sends, and measures Messages and Campaigns through a chat agent.
- DESKTOP ONLINE PMUA The Post to SharePoint feature lets you publish a PoliteMail email draft to a SharePoint site as a site page. It is designed for sharing or archiving newsletter content with people who have access to the selected SharePoint site.
- DESKTOP ONLINE PMUA The Auto Follow-Up feature automatically sends reminder emails to recipients who have not engaged with an original message. It helps improve read and click rates while avoiding additional messages to people who have already read or interacted with the email.
- DESKTOP ONLINE PMUA A 'Learn' link has been added to the PoliteMail interfaces to take you directly to our Training page!
- ONLINE PMUA The new Text Wrap block for Beefree allows you to combine text and an image in one block and have the text wrap around the image seamlessly!
Improvements
Improvements- DESKTOP ONLINE PMUA Recipient Count and Template Name have been added as available columns on the Scheduled Sends page.
- ONLINE PMUA Editing a Feedback block in Beefree has been overhauled to be easier to use.
- ONLINE PMUA Saving a Message now allows updating or overwriting an existing Template with the same name.
- ONLINE PMUA French Canadian and Simplified Chinese have been added to the Multi-Language Template feature!
- ONLINE PMUA A setting has been added that will save a copy of each successfully sent Message to the sender's Sent Items folder in Exchange Online to assist with compliance.
- ONLINE PMUA The language drop-down in the PoliteMail Builder for PMO has been updated to match those shown in Beefree for a consistent experience.

- ONLINE PMUA Fixed an issue where the Manager or Administrator was unable to delete user Beefree Templates.
