If I send through PoliteMail Online, will the results from that email show in an older Outlook desktop results view?
PoliteMail online is only available if you upgrade to version 5.0. To view Results on the Desktop, the Desktop interface would also need to be upgraded to 5.0.
How do I get PoliteMail Online and PoliteMail365?
Access PoliteMail Online (PMO) directly from your browser—just enter your server name to log in. For Microsoft 365 users, PoliteMail integrates seamlessly with Outlook 365, providing secure, managed deployment for organizations using version 5.0 or later.
Is the Online version backwards compatible with the Desktop version?
PoliteMail Online is fully compatible with the Desktop version, although you will likely receive a notice that your desktop application will need to be updated.
Are all features available for on-premise clients? Would PoliteMail online work if the PoliteMail server is on-prem?
The upgrade is available for both Cloud and on-premise PoliteMail customers. On-premise updates may require additional configuration to ensure full functionality, and features like BeeFree Editor support may need extra setup.
Is the Desktop edition updated when PoliteMail online is updated?
While the desktop version of PoliteMail may not automatically update (depending on your permissions), you will receive a notification to update if you are using an out-of-date version of PoliteMail.

Can we remove the desktop add in after we upgrade?
