Modifying HTML Templates in Outlook

Modify Fonts and Text Colors

To modify fonts and text colors, use Outlook’s built-in editing tools within the Outlook email editor to modify templates. Type or paste in your text copy and links, then use Outlook’s text formatting tools to change fonts, colors and sizes.

Remember fonts do not travel with the email. If you select fonts unique to your system, most recipients will not see the font you selected, but some generic replacement instead.  It’s best practice to use standard Windows fonts such as Arial, Calibri, Courier, Georgia, Helvetica, Lucida, Tahoma, Times New Roman, or Verdana.
